Our Preschool was established in 1984 as a mission of Shepherd of the Valley Presbyterian Church to help meet the needs of the community for an early childhood education and care facility. It is run by a staff of trained early childhood educators and governed by a Board consisting of congregation members, parents of children enrolled in the school and the Preschool Director. The Preschool is designed to provide an educational experience as well as child care for children ages two through five years old. We have three classrooms in which children are grouped according to developmental stages.

Shepherd of the Valley Preschool is designed to provide an educational experience as well as child care for children ages two years old through entry into kindergarten.. Our staff of enthusiastic, dedicated and skilled teachers provides opportunities for children to learn in a challenging and creative environment. Along with excellent credentials and capabilities, our teachers exhibit warmth and genuine caring for each child’s development and needs.
